Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2026
ZVON ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Polish law.
1. Data Controller
The data controller is ZVON, based in Poland. Contact: zvon.shop@gmail.com
2. Data We Collect
We collect data you provide directly: your email address if you subscribe to the newsletter, and whatever you send us when you enquire by email or WhatsApp (such as your name, contact details and the artwork you are interested in). We also keep anonymous counts of page views and enquiry-button clicks (see Section 6). We do not collect payment data — all transactions are handled via bank wire, PayPal, or cryptocurrency outside this website.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to respond to enquiries, fulfil orders, send newsletters you have subscribed to, and improve our website. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Newsletter
By subscribing, you consent to receiving occasional emails about new artworks, exhibitions and news. Your email address is stored in our own database and is used for nothing else. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any newsletter or emailing zvon.shop@gmail.com, and we will delete your address.
5. Cookies
This website only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, such as keeping the site administrator logged in. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. When you dismiss the cookie notice, that choice is remembered in your browser's local storage.
6. Visitor Statistics
We count how many times each page is viewed and how often the enquiry buttons are clicked. These counts are anonymous: no cookies are set and no IP addresses or other personal data are stored with them. We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics service.
7. Service Providers
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., and our database and image storage are provided by Supabase Inc. They process data on our behalf to run the site, including technical data such as IP addresses in server logs, under data processing agreements.
8. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, contact zvon.shop@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).
9. Retention
We retain enquiry data for up to 3 years and newsletter subscriber data until unsubscription. Transaction-related data is retained for 7 years for accounting purposes.
