Bio

ZVON is a Polish contemporary pop-art artist — a full-time, self-taught creator whose work sits at the intersection of cartoon nostalgia and high-luxury aesthetics. Working under the alias ZVON, he is a true renaissance man of the studio: conceiving, printing, painting and finishing every piece by hand. His inspirations are drawn from the visual language of mass culture — The Simpsons, Mickey Mouse, Winnie the Pooh, SpongeBob, Super Mario — collided with the iconography of the ultra-wealthy: Patek Philippe watches, American Express Black Cards, Birkin bags. The tone is always joyful and sarcastic in equal measure: a commentary on consumer culture delivered with the warmth of a cartoon.

Since beginning his practice in 2011, ZVON has created over 600 paintings and sculptures, with collectors in more than 30 countries across Europe, the Americas, Asia and the GCC. His preferred medium is oil paint over an acrylic-primed canvas, often incorporating mixed media. His sculptures are hand-finished acrylic paintings applied to large-format 3D prints in ASA plastic, mounted on metal-reinforced concrete bases. Notable collectors include professional athletes, musicians, content creators, politicians and members of GCC royal families. Every work is signed by the artist and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
